Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners is examining the effects of the Big Beautiful Bill Act on US infrastructure sectors, according to Chris Ortega, Managing Director and Head of Americas. In a roundtable discussion published by Infrastructure Investors, Ortega addressed how the legislation is influencing areas such as power and transportation.

"If you can begin construction by the first half of next year, and be operating within four years, you’ll still be eligible for tax credits," Ortega said.

Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners invests in a variety of infrastructure assets mainly located in OECD countries. The team aims to generate value through active management and operational improvements.
