Carolyn Booth, Head of U.S. Personal and Business Banking at BMO, has been named to American Banker Magazine's "Most Powerful Women in Banking" list. The annual recognition highlights individuals and teams who have shown notable leadership skills, strong business results, and a commitment to advancing the financial services industry.
Darrel Hackett, CEO of BMO U.S., commented on the recognition: "Carolyn has led her team through a period of impactful change which has accelerated BMO's growth on the West Coast and throughout our U.S. footprint," he said. "This recognition is a testament to both her leadership and BMO's commitment to driving real financial progress for our clients and the communities we serve."

Booth continues to focus on adopting innovations that support digital banking experiences as well as developing personal client relationships.
This year marks the seventh consecutive time that a leader from BMO has appeared on American Banker’s “Most Powerful Women in Banking” list.
BMO Financial Group is currently ranked as North America's seventh largest bank by assets with $1.4 trillion as of July 31, 2025. The bank serves 13 million customers across Canada, the United States, and select global markets.
