Karl Blaim will step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Siemens Mobility on November 30, 2025. He is leaving the company to pursue new professional opportunities after a long career at Siemens.
Beatrice Bock has been named as his successor. She is currently the Chief Risk Officer for the Equity Finance Business Unit at Siemens Financial Services GmbH. Bock joined Siemens in 2010 and has held several roles across different divisions, including positions at Siemens Mobility, Siemens Energy, and most recently at Siemens Financial Services. She holds a Master of Science in Energy, Trade and Finance from Bayes Business School.
Roland Busch, President and CEO of Siemens AG and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens Mobility, commented on the appointment: “By bringing Beatrice Bock on board, we are appointing a highly qualified leader from within our own ranks to take on these substantial responsibilities. Her extensive experience in financial strategy and risk management is invaluable, particularly in such a challenging economic environment.
