Alan Leventhal, U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark | U.S. Embassy and Consulate in The Kingdom of Denmark

Consular staff from the U.S. Embassy in Copenhagen will be in Aarhus on October 22 and 23 to provide services for U.S. citizens. Those interested in booking an appointment are instructed to use the embassy's outreach appointment webpage.

After registering, applicants will get a confirmation email with a checklist of documents needed and instructions for paying required fees online before the appointment. Cash payments will not be accepted at the event; all fees must be paid in advance online. Attendees must bring all necessary forms and photocopies, as no printer or copier will be available onsite. The embassy will send another confirmation email with the address and location details one week before the scheduled appointments.

The embassy encourages people to review its website for more information about passport services, consular reports of birth abroad, and required forms.

U.S. citizens are also asked to share this information with others who may not receive direct messages from the embassy and to consider enrolling in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program at https://mytravel.state.gov/s/step.
