Morgan Stanley selects 33 organizations for 2025 inclusive & sustainable ventures accelerator

Morgan Stanley has announced the selection of 33 early-stage organizations for its 2025 Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV) cohort. The group includes startups and nonprofits from the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The five-month accelerator program will support 29 startups through its Lab initiative and four emerging nonprofits in its Collaborative. Each startup will receive an investment of $250,000, while each nonprofit will be granted $250,000. Participants were chosen from thousands of applicants and will take part in a customized entrepreneurship curriculum that offers mentorship and business development resources from Morgan Stanley’s network of partners.

Jessica Alsford, Chief Sustainability Officer at Morgan Stanley, stated: “Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures brings the integrated power of our firm to support early-stage innovators in today’s dynamic venture capital environment. We are proud to back this global cohort of changemakers that are delivering scalable solutions to a range of pressing business and societal challenges.”

The selected startups are developing technology and AI-driven solutions across sectors such as healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and accounting. Many are also addressing sustainability issues like waste reduction, extreme weather adaptation, and emissions management. After completing the program, participants in the Lab will present their work at a global showcase scheduled for February 2026.

The 2025 Lab cohort features companies including Airpals (US), Bump (US), BuuPass (Kenya), Care Hero (US), Citera (Canada), CLIMADA Technologies (Switzerland), COUNT (US), Cytochroma (UK), Danu Robotics (UK), Envisionit Deep AI (UK), Fabrico (Bulgaria), FastVisa (US), Femly (US), Fitnescity Health (US), Hamperapp (US), InsideOut (UK), Mimicrete (UK), Moodbit (US), Motics (UK), Pirta (US), Plan Your Baby (UK), ReBokeh (US), RightMatch AI (US), Rivet (US), S.Lab (Spain), Social Good Software (US), Tuli Health (UK), Uvera (Saudi Arabia) and Zuri Health (Kenya).

The MSISV program builds on Morgan Stanley’s previous initiatives supporting inclusive ventures and sustainable solutions. Over the past eight years, these efforts have distributed more than $30 million to over 100 startups and organizations.
