The U.S. Embassy in Bishkek has announced a solicitation for logistics support services related to its annual in-country training. The embassy is seeking quotations from contractors interested in providing these services.

According to the announcement, interested parties must submit two volumes as part of their quotation: one covering pricing and another addressing technical requirements. Details about these requirements are available on page 2 of the official solicitation document.

The embassy stated, "The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. The RFQ does not commit the U.S Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ."

Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to BishkekGSOProcurement@state.gov by September 11, 2025, at 17:00 hours UTC+06. Questions regarding the solicitation should be sent in writing no later than September 5, 2025, by 15:00 (UTC+06) to the same email address.

The embassy emphasized that submission of a quotation does not guarantee an award and reserves the right to cancel the request for quotations if necessary.
