The Board of Directors at Societe Generale has decided to appoint Laura Barlow as a Director, effective September 1, 2025. This decision was made during the board session held on July 30, 2025. The appointment will be subject to ratification at the General Meeting scheduled for May 27, 2026.

Barlow’s appointment comes after the resignation of Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier, whose term was set to end in 2026.

Her background includes leadership positions such as Head of Large Corporate and Institutional Banking at NatWest and interim Group Chief Risk Officer at RBS. She also spent two decades consulting for multinational companies with a focus on strategic transformation, risk management, and sustainability.

Barlow has completed regulatory declarations confirming there are no conflicts of interest or convictions, as detailed on page 140 of the Universal Registration Document filed by Societe Generale with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under number D.25-0088 on March 12, 2025.
