The U.S. Embassy’s American Citizens Services (ACS), together with representatives from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Social Security Administration (SSA), will provide remote services for U.S. citizens in Angeles City on September 3, 2025, and Olongapo City on September 4, 2025.

On September 3, services will be available at Clark Marriott Hotel, with ACS operating from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., VA from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and SSA from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. On September 4, Mansion Garden Hotel will host the event, with ACS open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., VA from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and SSA from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and early arrival is recommended.

Available ACS services include notarial services, Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) applications, and U.S. passport applications. The VA will offer health-related services for eligible veterans and assistance with benefits and claims. The SSA will process claims for Social Security benefits and Social Security Number (SSN) applications.

Attendees should bring original documents and photocopies required for their specific service needs. Passport applicants must provide photos that meet official requirements; embassy staff cannot provide printing or photography services onsite. Face masks are required due to hospital guidelines.

A survey is available for those planning to attend in order to help organizers anticipate attendance.

Passport renewals can often be submitted by mail unless the applicant is under age 18, is replacing a lost or stolen passport, applying for the first time after turning age sixteen, or renewing passports issued over fifteen years ago.

Applicants who have completed their CRBA application online should bring payment confirmation or their MyTravelGov summary report.

All fees must be paid in exact change using Philippine pesos only:

- Adult passport: PHP9,900

- Minor passport or renewal (minor): PHP8,100

- Passport renewal (adult): PHP7,800

- CRBA: PHP6,000

- Notarial service: PHP3,000
