Demonstrations are expected to occur in Jakarta on August 29, 2025, with possible locations including Brimob Senen in Central Jakarta, Polda Metro Jaya in South Jakarta City, and the Parliament Building on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto. The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta has issued an alert warning that protests may continue throughout the day and could become violent.
