The U.S. Embassy’s American Citizens Services (ACS), together with representatives from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Social Security Administration (SSA), will provide remote services for U.S. citizens in Angeles City on September 3, 2025, and in Olongapo City on September 4, 2025.
Services in Angeles City will be held at the Clark Marriott Hotel, with ACS available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., VA from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and SSA from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. In Olongapo City, services will take place at the Mansion Garden Hotel, with ACS operating from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and both VA and SSA available from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
All services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and early arrival is recommended.
Available services include notarial services, Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) applications, and U.S. passport applications through ACS; health-related assistance and benefits claims for eligible veterans via VA; as well as Social Security benefit claims and Social Security Number applications through SSA.
Attendees are required to bring original documents and photocopies needed for their specific service requests. Passport applicants must bring photographs that meet specified requirements, as embassy staff cannot provide printing or photography services. Face masks are mandatory due to hospital guidelines.
To help organizers anticipate attendance numbers, participants are encouraged to complete an online survey indicating which services they need.
For passport renewals, many can be processed by mail if eligibility criteria are met; however, in-person applications are necessary for minors under age 18 (with both parents present unless certain conditions apply), lost or stolen passports, first-time applicants or those renewing after turning age sixteen, or renewals for passports issued over fifteen years ago.
Applicants who have completed their CRBA application online should bring payment confirmation or their MyTravelGov summary report.
Fees for ACS services must be paid in exact change using Philippine pesos only:
- Adult passport: PHP9,570
- Minor passport/renewal: PHP7,830
- Adult renewal: PHP7,540
- CRBA: PHP5,800
- Notarial service: PHP2,900
The embassy advises all applicants to review information on its website before attending the event to ensure quick processing of their requests.
