Samsung Electronics has announced that it will introduce a new range of premium built-in kitchen appliances at IFA 2025. The company’s latest lineup is designed to address the increasing demand in Europe for open kitchen interiors that offer a café-like atmosphere and greater sense of space.
A key feature of the new collection is the Extractor Induction Hob, which combines an integrated hood with a turbo slim fan directly into the cooktop surface. The exhaust duct can be installed below or behind the countertop, creating strong airflow to remove smoke and cooking odors efficiently.
The hob includes Flex Zone Plus technology, allowing flexible placement of pots and pans due to four induction coils in each zone. This design aims to provide even heat distribution across a wider area. The surface features a matte finish, high-durability glass, and an anti-fingerprint coating for scratch resistance and easy maintenance.
According to Samsung, “This product not only eliminates the need for ceiling-mounted hoods with its performance but also enhances spatial openness and visual flow. As European kitchen trends shift toward removing upper cabinets and emphasizing large island counters, this new product offers an excellent option for customers who prefer a cleaner, more open kitchen aesthetic with an island-style layout.”
Also making its European debut is the Bespoke AI Dishwasher. It features an Auto Open Door function that supports fully built-in installation without requiring an external handle, maintaining a seamless look with surrounding cabinetry. The redesigned upper rack provides dedicated space for glassware to improve loading flexibility.
Samsung states that “The dishwasher is not only aesthetically pleasing but also boasts outstanding performance through its AI Wash cycle. Its high-sensitivity turbidity sensor and AI algorithm automatically select the optimal cleaning cycle based on the dishes’ soil level.” Usage data from Korea and the U.S., where it launched earlier in 2025, shows that as of August 2025 users chose the AI Wash cycle more than twice as often as traditional cycles.
Both products are designed with energy efficiency in mind as part of Samsung’s broader commitment to advanced home living solutions. They will be displayed at IFA 2025 in Berlin from September 5-9, ahead of their planned launch in Europe during the first half of 2026.
