The American Embassy in Tunis, Tunisia has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the supply of uniforms. Interested vendors are required to submit their offers by September 2, 2025, at 10 a.m.

The embassy specifies that submissions should include both technical and financial components. The technical offer must demonstrate that the business is established, provide proof of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), and include technical sheets for the products. The financial offer needs to be signed and stamped.

Both parts of the offer must be delivered in separate envelopes to the embassy's address at 1053 Les Berges du Lac, with attention directed to GSO/Contracting Officer referencing PR#15431218. Late proposals will not be considered.

"The US Government promotes fair and open competition. The selection criteria is: Technically Acceptable, Lowest Priced."

According to procurement guidelines, no advance payments will be made. Payments are processed according to the Prompt Payment Act and completed via Electronic Funds Transfer within 30 days after services are received and a correct invoice is submitted.

Registration in SAM.gov is mandatory for contract awardees. Vendors already registered must provide their Entity Identity Number; those not yet registered are advised to begin registration promptly as contracts cannot be awarded without it.

Compliance with National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) requirements is also necessary. Vendors must confirm NDAA compliance by reviewing Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.204-24 available at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52.204-24 and submitting a signed certification if interested.
