We look forward to collaborating with President Lee Jae Myung and his administration to advance the ironclad U.S.-ROK Alliance," Rubio said.
He added, "We join the people of the Republic of Korea in commemorating this momentous chapter in your nation’s history."
The message highlights ongoing cooperation between Washington and Seoul on economic issues and security concerns, reflecting their commitment to maintaining strong bilateral relations.
