The U.S. Embassy in Suva is seeking quotations from companies for event planning and production services as part of the America 250 Fiji Series. The embassy plans to award a contract or purchase order to a responsible company that submits an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
According to the announcement, the embassy may make its selection based on initial quotations without holding discussions, but reserves the right to hold discussions with companies within the competitive range if necessary.
