BMO, in partnership with Deloitte, has opened applications for its 2025 BMO Celebrating Women grant program. The initiative will award 15 grants of $10,000 each to small businesses across the United States. The application period runs through August 19, 2025.

The grant program is designed to support small business owners who share their plans for growth and demonstrate how their businesses contribute to the advancement of women. Recipients will receive not only financial support but also guidance from a BMO business advisor and access to additional resources such as workshops, seminars, events, and potential membership in organizations and advisory boards.

Since its launch in the U.S. in 2021, the program has provided $310,000 in funding to 31 businesses.

"At BMO, we believe when small businesses rise, entire communities thrive," said Carolyn Booth, Head of U.S. Personal & Business Banking at BMO. "The BMO Celebrating Women grant program aims to assist small business owners with the capital, resources and support they need to expand their impact and build long-term success."

"It is a privilege to support BMO's efforts to recognize small businesses," said Kathy Scherer, Vice Chair and Chicago Managing Partner at Deloitte LLP. "This program provides critical resources to help organizations grow and deepen their impact—both within their business and across the communities they serve. We are honored to be a part of their continued success."

BMO Financial Group is one of North America's largest banks by assets and serves customers across Canada, the United States, and select global markets.

Applications for the grant program can be submitted online until August 19. Eligibility criteria are available on the official website.
