The United States Embassy in Conakry, Guinea has issued a request for quotations (RFQ) for the design, construction, and aesthetic refinement of six built-in wardrobes at one of its residential buildings in Conakry. The embassy is seeking bids from qualified contractors and has set a submission deadline of August 11, 2025, at 18:00 GMT. Offers received after this time will not be considered.

Potential bidders are encouraged to review the solicitation documents available in both English and French. Guided site visits are permitted for contractors who pass security screening. These visits aim to help offerors take accurate measurements and gain a clear understanding of the project requirements before submitting their quotes.

To arrange a site visit, interested parties should contact Fama Marah by email at marahf@state.gov, with copies sent to Anthony Cheryee at CheryeeAN@state.gov and the procurement office at ConakryProc@state.gov. All offers must be submitted electronically to conakryproc@state.gov with the solicitation number 19GV1025Q0023 as the subject line.

"Guided site visits will be allowed for potential offerors who pass our security screening. The purpose of such visits is to enable offerors to take accurate measurements and to have a better understanding of the work involved prior to submitting their quotations," according to the embassy's announcement.
