The U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo has announced a request for quotations (RFQ) for repairs to water supply wells at the Los Bambues Residential Compound in Altos de Arroyo Hondo. The embassy is seeking qualified vendors to participate in the bidding process.
A site visit for interested vendors is scheduled for Monday, August 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Vendors wishing to attend must confirm their participation by July 31, 2025, no later than 2:00 p.m.
According to the announcement, "Please go to document attached for details on this RFQ."
Proposals are required to be submitted via email to SantoDomingoContracts@state.gov before or on August 11, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. The embassy notes that late quotations will not be accepted.
Documents related to the scope of work and solicitation have been made available as part of the RFQ process.
