Quotations should be sent to ddam2@peacecorps.gov or pnguyen@peacecorps.gov by 18:00 PM on August 08, 2025. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
Questions regarding the Request for Quotation (RFQ) can be submitted in writing to the aforementioned contacts before the deadline. Phone inquiries will not be entertained.
The Peace Corps/Vietnam will assess all received quotations based on specified minimum requirements and evaluation factors. Depending on fund availability and continued need, a firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded to the chosen vendor at the conclusion of the evaluation process.
