American Institute in Taiwan seeks bids for toilet remodel project

The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a firm to undertake a construction service project for remodeling toilets at its Kaohsiung Office. The estimated cost of the project is under USD 25,000 and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. The contract will go to the lowest-priced offer that meets technical acceptability.

Firms interested in bidding must meet several requirements, including proficiency in English, an established business presence in Taiwan, and at least five years of experience in a related field. They must also have the necessary resources, licenses, permits, insurance compliance, and no adverse criminal record or conflicting political affiliations with AIT interests. Compliance with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is mandatory.
