Josh Pillion will be based in Los Angeles and will report to Craig Hanrahan, Head of Field Operations for North America. He will lead the development and execution of Everest's national distribution strategy, focusing on engaging key brokers beyond the company’s core global partnerships and enhancing agility across its retail field operations nationwide.

Pillion brings over 26 years of industry expertise to his new role at Everest. His previous experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Distribution Management at Sompo International, where he led a global team focused on managing broker relationships and client engagement strategies. Before that, he held leadership roles at Chubb and AIG.
