The U.S. Mission in Kampala has issued a call for vendors to provide conference facility services for an upcoming Disaster Management Training event in Jinja, Uganda. The training is scheduled from September 7 to 12, 2025.
The requirements include a conference package that covers hall hire, notebooks, pens, markers, flip charts, two break teas with snacks, and two mineral waters per day for 45 participants from September 8 to 12. Additionally, there is a need for two breakaway halls and projector hire over the same period.
Accommodation arrangements are specified as half board for the nights of September 7 and 12 and full board from September 8 to 11. Wireless internet access and outdoor spaces for practical scenarios are also required.
All quotes must be submitted by August 7, 2025, at 10:00 am EAT and must include detailed specifications. Vendors are advised that failure to meet these requirements may lead to disqualification.
Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their proposals. Unregistered offerors will not be considered responsible.
