The United States Government's Department of State, through its Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO), is seeking architectural and engineering services for a project at the U.S. Embassy in Suva, Fiji. The project involves an office fit-out on Level 1 of the Chancery Building located at 158 Princes Road, Tamavua.
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing professional design services that align with OBO's mission to create facilities that are safe, secure, functional, and resilient. The design must consider local cultural influences and sustainable priorities.
Interested firms are required to submit detailed company profiles, business registrations, financial reports from the last two years, current resource capabilities, and past project experiences. Proposals will be evaluated based on responsiveness, approach to services, relevant experience, qualifications of staff, readiness to undertake services, and ability to execute a contract.
