The United States Embassy in Windhoek has announced a tender invitation for the replacement of electrical sub-distribution panels at a residential property. The embassy is seeking offers from qualified and established companies for this project.
Interested companies can access information on the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and specifications online. Companies are advised to follow the instructions outlined in the RFQ document when submitting their quotations.
For further inquiries, interested parties can contact the procurement office via email at whkproc@state.gov. Quotations or proposals may be delivered by hand to the US Embassy at 38 Metje, Windhoek, addressed to the Contracting Officer. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to windhoekbidsubmission@state.gov.
All submissions must be received by August 4, 2025, no later than 17:00 Namibian time to be considered.
