Peace Corps/Vietnam is seeking a venue for Pre-service Training and has issued a request for fixed-price quotations. Interested parties are asked to submit their completed and signed Vendor Quotation Form via email by August 1, 2025, at 18:00 PM.
Quotations should be sent to Dung Dam, Training Manager, or Phuong Nguyen, Financial Specialist, at the Peace Corps/Vietnam office located on Au Co street in Hanoi. Email submissions should be directed to ddam2@peacecorps.gov or pnguyen@peacecorps.gov. Late submissions will not be considered.
Questions regarding the Request for Quotation (RFQ) can also be emailed to the contacts mentioned above before the due date. Phone inquiries are not accepted.
The evaluation of submitted quotations will focus on minimum requirements and specified evaluation factors. Subject to funding availability and continued necessity for services, Peace Corps/Vietnam plans to award a firm-fixed-price contract following the evaluation process.
