The U.S. Embassy in Nassau has announced a request for proposals from qualified suppliers to provide groundskeeping services. The embassy is seeking interested parties to submit offers by August 8, 2025.
Potential bidders can obtain solicitation documents or further information by contacting NelsonDA@state.gov. The embassy emphasizes that all companies must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.
To qualify, companies must have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, possess all necessary licenses and permits, register on the System for Award Management (SAM), and provide NDAA Certification. Additionally, they should have no political or business affiliations contrary to U.S. interests.
Companies must also be willing to accept a U.S. Embassy Purchase Order without mobilization or stage payments and agree to receive payment in full within 30 days after completion and inspection via electronic funds transfer.
U.S. companies are advised to visit www.bahamas.gov.bs for requirements related to operating in The Bahamas.
