Consular representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Brasilia will visit Uberlandia, Minas Gerais, on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. A consular officer will be available to meet with U.S. citizens to accept applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA), as well as provide notarial services. To schedule an appointment with the consular officer, citizens are advised to email BrasiliaACS@state.gov with "Uberlandia" in the subject line by July 31 at 5:00 p.m. The email should include the age and full name of all persons seeking services, the type of service required for each person, and a telephone number with area code.
Appointments are mandatory and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of appointments will be sent via email along with details about the exact location in Uberlandia.
