A study by Bank DBS Indonesia in 2024 showed that priority customers focus on health and social impact. This was supported by Visa's research in early 2025, indicating healthcare services are a top priority for Indonesians, with a significant increase in spending on health and wellness.

The card offers exclusive benefits including premium travel experiences, shopping at duty-free stores, dining at renowned restaurants, wellness options, and a 24/7 Visa Concierge service. "We aim to support the increasingly dynamic lifestyle of affluent customers," said Vira Widiyasari, Country Manager of Visa Indonesia.
The card also includes features like medical check-up services available in Indonesia and Singapore and a 24-hour Vantage Medical Concierge service. Customers can benefit from insurance coverage up to Rp10 billion worldwide and access to airport lounges.
Reward points offered by the card do not expire and can be used for flights without restrictions. It also allows for 0 percent installment payments for overseas transactions. The card is made with 80 percent recycled metal to demonstrate Bank DBS Indonesia's commitment to sustainability.
