The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) has issued a solicitation for firms to provide Epoxy Floor Replacement Service. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer and will be a firm-fixed-price contract. Interested firms must demonstrate technical qualifications and financial responsibility.

Firms are required to meet specific criteria when submitting proposals. These include the ability to understand English, having an established business with a permanent address, and demonstrating prior performance through suitable references. Additionally, firms should have at least five years of experience in a related field, necessary personnel and resources, and all required licenses and permits.

Further requirements include meeting local insurance standards, having no adverse criminal record or affiliations contrary to AIT's interests, and compliance with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Interested parties must review relevant documents and submit a signed NDAA Vendor Certification Form before contacting AIT Procurement at Taipei_Procurement@state.gov by July 22, 2025. This is necessary for signing up for the pre-proposal conference.
