The U.S. Embassy to Libya has announced a request for quotation (RFQ) seeking a Tunis-based company to provide social media services. The RFQ, numbered 19TS8025Q00010, outlines a period of performance lasting nine months with the potential for extension.

Interested parties must submit their VAT-free quotations via email to Mulleraa@state.gov by Friday, July 18, 2025, at 4 PM Tunis time. Submissions should be titled "RFQ# (19TS8025Q00010 – PR15420221), Social Media Services" and addressed to the GSO Contracting Officer.

Quotations must include a signed NDAA Certification attached to the request for quotation #19TS8025Q00010 – PR15420221. Late proposals will not be considered.

"The Embassy encourages you to make your quote competitive," stated the announcement. It also noted that "the RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award."

The U.S. Government plans to award the purchase order based on technically qualified submissions offering the lowest price quotes.

Regarding payment procedures, it was stated: "Payment will be made according to the prompt payment act, 30 days after receipt of a correct invoice. No advance payment will be made."
