Together, they bring over 75 years of experience in the senior housing sector and have been involved in healthcare real estate transactions worth over $50 billion.

According to Macquarie’s real estate team, the senior housing sector is expected to grow due to demographic shifts and an undersupply of new senior housing options. The aging baby boomer generation is predicted to increase the population aged 80+ at an unprecedented rate in the U.S., outpacing new supply.
