A U.S. Embassy consular officer is set to visit Anguilla and St. Martin to accept applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad. The embassy has clarified that visa-related inquiries will not be addressed during this outreach.

The visits are scheduled as follows: In Anguilla, the officer will be available on Tuesday, July 8th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Wednesday, July 9th from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm at Caribbean Juris Chambers, Hannah Waver House, The Valley. In St. Martin, appointments are on Thursday, July 10th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Grand Case Beach Club in the conference room.

Applicants must schedule an appointment through the provided link and bring specific documents including a completed passport application form, two passport-size photos, proof of U.S. citizenship such as a previous U.S. passport or birth certificate, social security card, prepaid air waybill for passport return, and printed proof of online payment.

For children under age 16 additional documentation is required such as both parents’ identification and photos showing development since last passport issuance.

Fees must be paid online before the appointment; no cash or same-day payments will be accepted. Payment confirmations should be printed out and brought to the appointment. Fees include US$135 for a child's passport (under age 16), US$165 for first adult passports (age 16+), US$100 for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, and US$50 per notarized signature.

Renewal applicants who have a previously issued ten-year passport may apply by mail if issued less than fifteen years ago with a fee of US$130; otherwise an in-person interview with the consular officer is required with a fee of US$165.

More information on fees and requirements can be found on travel.state.gov or by visiting the U.S. Department of State's website.
