Everest Group, Ltd. has announced the appointment of Pamela Sinclair as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 14. Sinclair will report directly to Jim Williamson, Everest's President and CEO, and will be part of the company's Executive Leadership Team.

Sinclair takes over from Gail Van Beveren, who is retiring after nearly four decades with the company. Sinclair brings with her extensive experience in human capital strategies within global financial services and insurance firms. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Human Resources at PGIM, a prominent asset manager with $1.4 trillion under management.

"Pam is an exceptional HR leader with a track record of optimizing and aligning human capital strategies with business objectives," said Jim Williamson. "Her broad, global experience will be integral to supporting the world-class talent who drive Everest’s high-performing, people-first culture and deliver on our value creation strategy."

Williamson also expressed gratitude for Van Beveren's contributions: "At the same time, we thank Gail for her outstanding contributions and commitment to Everest over the past 39 years, and wish her the best in her retirement."

During her tenure at PGIM, Sinclair managed various aspects such as talent acquisition, change management, compensation strategies, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement for over 4,500 colleagues globally. Her previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner for global markets at Barclays Capital in New York.

Sinclair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Greenwich University in London.
