Peace Corps Vietnam is currently seeking fixed-price quotations from local vendors to provide internet services. The request involves two dedicated fiber optic links with a minimum of 15 MB International and 100 MB Domestic capacity, and one link with at least 2 MB International and 100 MB Domestic capacity. These services will be used alongside SIP trunk service provided by another vendor.

The contract is set for a period of twelve months, with an option for Peace Corps Vietnam to extend it for up to four additional one-year periods. This extension can be enacted at the sole discretion of Peace Corps Vietnam, provided they notify the vendor in writing at least thirty days before the contract's expiration.

Interested vendors are invited to submit their quotations by sending a completed and signed Vendor Quotation Form via email to Phuong Nguyen at pnguyen@peacecorps.gov. Submissions must be received by 6:00 PM Indochina Time (GMT+7) on July 25, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Questions regarding the Request for Quotation (RFQ) should also be directed via email to Phuong Nguyen before the due date. Phone inquiries will not be entertained.

The evaluation of all received quotations will focus on meeting the minimum requirements or evaluation factors outlined in the RFQ. If funds are available and there remains a need for these services, Peace Corps intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the selected vendor following the evaluation process.
