The Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Program is inviting foreign English teaching professionals to participate in its Fall 2025 online courses. These courses are designed for educators in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). The program offers nine global courses, including "Teaching Grammar Communicatively," "Using Educational Technology in the English Language Classroom," and "Fostering Student Motivation and Engagement."

This non-degree program spans eight weeks, from September 23 to November 17, 2025. Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion and join the ECA International Exchange Alumni. The orientation will be available from September 2 to September 18, 2025.

Applications are due by July 22, at 11:59 p.m. local time. Eligible candidates must reside in Bosnia and Herzegovina and meet several criteria, such as possessing basic technology skills and having the ability to complete academic work at a U.S. university level.

Applicants should submit their applications via email to bhexc@state.gov with the specified subject line format. More details about the program can be found on the OPEN program website or by contacting the exchange program coordinator.

For questions regarding this opportunity or application submissions, applicants are encouraged to email using “2025 Fall Term OPEN Program” as the subject line.
