The U.S. Embassy in Budapest is seeking cooking services for its Marine Security Guards stationed at 12 Szabadság tér, 1054 Budapest, Hungary. The service contract will span one base year with the possibility of four additional optional years and is scheduled to begin in August 2025.
The contractor will be responsible for organizing cooking and serving tasks daily from Monday to Friday. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, work will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., while on Thursdays, it will extend until 3:00 p.m. The service requires delivery of meals on 259 days per year for seven U.S. Marine security personnel, providing two options each for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The work schedule should not exceed 40 hours per week to avoid overtime costs under the contract terms.
