Samsung Electronics has unveiled its latest Smart Monitor series, which includes the flagship Smart Monitor M9 (M90SF model) and updates to the Smart Monitor M8 (M80F model) and M7 (M70F model). The introduction of QD-OLED technology in the M9 and AI enhancements across the lineup aim to offer a personalized screen experience for work and entertainment.

“The Smart Monitor series continues to evolve based on how people work, watch and play,” said Hoon Chung, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “With the introduction of QD-OLED and AI-powered enhancements, the M9 delivers a more responsive and refined screen experience — all within a single, versatile display.”

The new Smart Monitor M9 features a 32-inch 4K QD-OLED panel that provides deep contrast and vibrant color for an immersive visual experience. It is equipped with Samsung OLED Safeguard+ for maintaining screen integrity over time through a cooling system designed to reduce burn-in risk. Additionally, it includes a Glare-Free display to minimize reflections in bright conditions.

AI Picture Optimizer, 4K AI Upscaling Pro, and Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) Pro enhance picture and sound quality in real-time according to content and surroundings. This allows users to enjoy optimized performance whether watching or multitasking.

As an entertainment hub, the M9 offers access to streaming apps, Samsung TV Plus, and Samsung Gaming Hub for cloud-based gaming without needing additional hardware. It boasts a 165Hz refresh rate with NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility for smooth visuals.

The monitor's slim metal design blends aesthetics with functionality suitable for any workspace. The Smart Monitor M9 is Pantone Validated for precise color performance across over 2,100 colors from Pantone’s library.

Samsung's updated Smart Monitor M8 and M7 models also feature 32-inch 4K UHD screens with built-in AI capabilities using VA panel technology for sharp detail. These models support AI-powered discovery tools like Click to Search1 while Tizen OS Home personalizes recommendations.

All three models integrate with SmartThings offering Multi Control between devices as well as Multi View capability. Microsoft 365 access enables document creation directly on these monitors without requiring PCs.

The new monitors will begin global distribution this month2 with up to seven years of One UI Tizen upgrades available3 ensuring long-term usability.
