Dar America recently hosted the second edition of the English Speakers’ Job Fair at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Casablanca. The event, held on June 22, 2025, aimed to connect English language educators with potential employers from various educational institutions across Morocco.

The fair saw participation from 250 English educators and 25 employers, including schools and language programs. It served as a platform for job seekers and recruiters to engage and explore opportunities in English-based education. Marissa Scott, U.S. Consul General in Casablanca, remarked on the significance of the event: “Today’s English Speakers’ Job Fair is a celebration of our shared commitment to empowering educators and strengthening English language education across Morocco."

The event emphasized American excellence in education and career development while promoting English as a gateway to global opportunities. Participating institutions showcased their hiring needs and internship programs, allowing direct interaction with educators and HR staff.

Panel discussions addressed challenges in English teaching, featuring speakers who shared experiences from U.S. exchange programs. Consul General Scott highlighted the importance of investing in educators: “Teachers shape the future, and events like this job fair highlight just how vital their role is."

Exhibitors included Agadir International School, Al Jabr International School, American Academy Casablanca, among others.
