U.S. Embassy in Manama seeks proposals for dedicated internet service

The U.S. Embassy in Manama has announced a requirement for a dedicated internet channel with a minimum speed of 50Mbps. Interested parties are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the statement of work attached to the solicitation.

Proposals should be sent electronically to The Contracting Officer at Manamaprocurement@state.gov, using the subject line “19BA3025Q0003 – Quotation for Internet Service.” The deadline for submission is 4:00 pm Bahrain Time on July 10, 2025. For any clarifications regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ), inquiries should be directed to Manamaprocurement@state.gov at least three business days before the closing date.

Attachments included with the RFQ are: CYBERSECURITY SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT (C-SCRM) SOFTWARE PRODUCER ATTESTATION FORM, State Department Secure Software Development Attestation Form, and NDAA 889 Compliance form.
