Submissions are open only to vendors based in Kampala, Uganda, who specialize in painting services. Third-party vendors are not eligible.
Responses should be sent via email to KampalaBid@state.gov with the subject line "Request for Information Painting Services." The deadline for submission is Tuesday, July 17, 2025, at 10:00 am local time.
The solicitation may require registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. Registration details are available at www.sam.gov. Vendors must ensure their registration is active at the time of the award.
Submissions must include detailed specifications as selection will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Vendors are encouraged to include pictorial representations of their offer and specify the delivery period.
