The U.S. Mission in Geneva is seeking specialized contractors for the replacement of air conditioning units at its Entrance Building. The project aims to install new, high-efficiency systems that align with current building codes and performance standards.
The existing air conditioning units have either completely failed or are consistently underperforming, making them neither repairable nor cost-effective to maintain. The replacement process will involve removing the old HVAC units and handling related tasks such as ductwork modifications, electrical disconnections and reconnections, and refrigerant management.
Contractors interested in bidding can contact the procurement office at 022 749 4651 or via email at GenevaProcurement@state.gov for more information. While SAM registration is recommended for all contractors wishing to do business with the U.S. Government, it is mandatory for foreign vendors participating in tenders valued at $30,000 or more.
A site visit can be arranged before June 23 by contacting Ayhan Izgi at 022 749 4919. Offers must be submitted by June 24, 2025.
