The United States Mission in Geneva has announced plans to replace the heavy-duty hinges on its critical mantrap system. This initiative aims to maintain the physical integrity and functionality of the system while ensuring compliance with current safety and access control standards.

The project requires a contractor to provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision. The scope of work includes conducting a site inspection, removing existing hinges, installing high-strength replacements, ensuring compatibility with existing materials and locking mechanisms, performing operational testing for proper alignment, and cleaning up waste material generated during the project.

Interested vendors are invited to submit their quotations by email to Geraldine Brasier at brasierga@sate.gov or genevaprocurement@state.gov by the close of business on June 23rd.

Additionally, vendors should note that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory if the purchase exceeds $30,000. More information about registration can be found on SAM's official website at www.sam.gov.
