The renovation of this iconic commercial building has resulted in significant energy savings of 60%, which translates to a reduction of 2,000 tons of CO₂ emissions each year.
The "Pirelli 35" project has been recognized for its sustainable design and construction efforts, earning LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications. Additionally, it has achieved the nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) label, underscoring its commitment to environmental responsibility.
