The US Mission in Kampala has issued a call for responsible vendors specializing in janitorial services to participate in a request for information. The invitation is open exclusively to vendors operating within Kampala, Uganda, and excludes third-party providers.

Interested vendors are required to submit their company profiles along with supporting documentation that highlights their experience, financial capacity, and references. Submissions must include the vendor's name, physical address, contact information (telephone, email, and point of contact name), certificate of incorporation, proof of at least two years of past work experience, and a trading license.

Responses should be sent via email to KampalaBid@state.gov with the subject line "Request for Information Janitorial Services." The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 10:00 am local time.

The solicitation notes that registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) may be necessary prior to awarding any contract. Vendors must ensure their registration is "ACTIVE" at the time of award. Detailed specifications are required in all quotes as selection will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Vendors are encouraged to include pictorial representations of their offers and specify delivery periods.

For additional details or inquiries, vendors can reach out via email at KampalaBid@state.gov.
