The solicitation notes that registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) may be necessary prior to awarding any contract. Vendors must ensure their registration is "ACTIVE" at the time of award. Detailed specifications are required in all quotes as selection will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Vendors are encouraged to include pictorial representations of their offers and specify delivery periods.
