On May 18, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the U.S. Embassy phone system will undergo scheduled maintenance and be unavailable during this period. U.S. citizens in Lithuania facing emergencies should call +370-5-212-7221 to reach a duty officer.

After maintenance concludes at approximately 2:00 p.m., the emergency contact number will return to +370-5-266-5500.

For passport, citizenship, notarial, or other routine inquiries, U.S. citizens are advised to email VilniusACS@state.gov. Questions regarding nonimmigrant or immigrant visa applications can be directed to Consec@state.gov.
