The U.S. Department of State is inviting young business or social entrepreneurs to apply for the 2024 Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program. This program aims to foster transatlantic dialogue and collaboration between European and American business leaders.

Applications are currently open and will close on January 30, 2024. Interested candidates can find more information and submit their applications by visiting www.ytili.org.

The YTILI Fellowship Program offers an opportunity for young European entrepreneurs to broaden their networks, gain new perspectives, and engage with the U.S. business sector. The program includes a virtual component, a four-week fellowship in the United States, and opportunities for continued engagement upon returning home.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must be mid-level professionals aged 25-35, citizens of Lithuania, proficient in English, have at least two years of relevant work experience, and demonstrate leadership and collaborative skills.

The program will follow a hybrid model with virtual activities leading up to an in-person exchange in the United States. The U.S.-based portion is scheduled tentatively from September 17 to October 25, 2024.
