The U.S. Embassy in Lithuania has issued a solicitation for proposals to supply an electric cargo van. The vehicle must meet several specific requirements, including being new and powered by electricity. It should have front-wheel drive and a maximum output of 100 kW or larger. An automatic transmission is required, along with seating for three, including the driver.
The load compartment specifications include a height of at least 1800 mm, a volume of 10 cubic meters or more, and a length of 3200 mm or longer. Additional features must include lateral sliding doors, rear doors, air conditioning, parking sensors both front and rear, light sensors, parking assist technology, heated seats, an Autonomous Emergency Brake System (AEB), a rear-view camera, and a comprehensive safety package. The van should be black in color.
The selected vendor will need to register their company on sam.gov before receiving the award. Payment will be processed within 30 days following the delivery of the vehicle and receipt of the proper invoice. Proposals should not include VAT as purchases will be made without it. The proposal must also specify the vehicle's delivery term.
