The US Mission in Kampala has announced an invitation for responsible vendors to supply a specialty tool battery-operated floor scrubber and a carpet cleaner. The procurement reference number is PR15371126.
The requirement specifies the supply of one carpet cleaner, Tennant E5 or its equivalent, with a power input of 240V/50Hz – single phase. Additionally, one walk-behind battery-operated floor scrubber, Tennant T300-T300e or its equivalent, is required with the same power input specifications.
Vendors offering equivalent products are requested to provide detailed specifications along with photos and brochures. Quotes should be submitted by June 20, 2025, at 11:00 pm EAT. The delivery points include the GSO Warehouse in Bugolobi, Kampala, Uganda, and Suvi Global Services in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
Quotes must include detailed specifications as selection will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. They should remain valid for 60 days and include pictorial representations and stated delivery periods. Bidders must also ensure their responses include the procurement reference number.
Successful vendors must have a unique identifier number and be active in SAMS (www.sam.gov). Terms and conditions incorporate references from FAR clauses available online.
