The U.S. Mission in Kampala is seeking vendors to provide architectural and engineering services for the design of a roof crane at the U.S. Embassy in Kampala. Vendors interested in this opportunity are required to submit their company profiles along with documentation demonstrating experience, financial capacity, and references.

Participation is limited to vendors specializing in architectural services, excluding third-party vendors. The solicitation document titled "A/E Design Services of a Roof Mounted Crane at U.S. Embassy Kampala" and the SF1449 cover page are available for download.

The request for quotation (RFQ) incorporates Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses 52.212-5 and 52.252-2 by reference, which can be accessed online. Additionally, Department of State Acquisition Regulation (DOSAR) clauses are available online as well.

Vendors may need to register with the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award is made. Registration must be active at the time of award and further information can be found on www.sam.gov.

Quotes submitted must include detailed specifications as selection will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Vendors are encouraged to include pictorial representations of their offers and specify delivery periods.
