The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) has issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for an SRO Crisis Response Kit. The RFQ, identified as TPE200-25-Q-0023, invites submissions from interested parties.

Quotations must be submitted electronically to Taipei_Procurement@state.gov by 12:00 noon (Taipei time) on June 23, 2025. The selection will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.

Questions about the RFQ should be directed to the same email address by 12:00 noon (Taipei Time) on June 10, 2025. AIT will respond to all inquiries via email by 5:00 p.m. (Taipei Time) on June 16, 2025.

Offerors are required to include a signed NDAA certification with their quotations. Payment for accepted goods will be processed through Electronic Funds Transfer within 30 days of receiving a proper invoice and acceptance of goods.
