Macquarie Capital has appointed Sean Yajnik as the Head of Digital Infrastructure Advisory for the Americas. Mr. Yajnik will lead efforts in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and debt advisory within the digital infrastructure sector. He will report to Rob Valentine, who is the Head of Infrastructure Advisory – Americas at Macquarie Capital.
Mr. Yajnik brings nearly two decades of experience in digital infrastructure, having worked across various sectors such as data centers, consumer broadband, enterprise fiber, and wireless infrastructure. His previous roles include positions at TD Securities, Société Générale, and TAP Advisors.
Rob Valentine commented on the appointment: “The digital infrastructure industry is undergoing an enormous transformation, underpinned by massive AI-led development activity and continued robust demand for high-quality, ubiquitous bandwidth in enterprise and consumer end-markets.” He further stated that Mr. Yajnik's expertise would be a valuable addition to Macquarie Capital’s advisory practice.
